I had my first-ever root canal with Dr. Nava Fathi, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. My dentist referred me to Dr. Fathi on a Thursday evening. She saw me for a consultation Friday morning and scheduled my root canal for the following Monday at 11:00. I mentioned that if anything opened up earlier, I would gladly take it. Monday morning, at around 7:00 AM, Dr. Fathi called to tell me that her 8:00 appointment had rescheduled and asked if I wanted to come in. Absolutely! By 9:30, the procedure was finished—and, most importantly, the pain that had brought me there was gone. She numbed my upper right tooth (#2), and I can genuinely say I did not even feel the needle. Other than the unavoidable discomfort of keeping my mouth open for a while, the entire procedure was painless. Dr. Fathi explained what she was doing as she went along, answered my questions, and was professional, confident, and reassuring throughout. Her assistant was top-notch as well. She also had a high school student who is interested in becoming a dentist observing and assisting. Dr. Fathi was recommended to me by a trusted local group, and I am so grateful I found her! My very young daughter needed a root canal, which was a unique and stressful situation. As a parent who is sensitive to radiation and medication exposure, I came in with a lot of questions. After a negative experience with another Endodontist who dismissed my concerns, Dr. Fathi was a breath of fresh air. She was incredibly patient, took the time to educate and reassure me, and treated me with absolute respect and kindness from start to finish—never once making me feel ridiculous for asking questions. Beyond being a wonderful doctor, she is a lovely person with a beautiful office. A huge bonus is her amazing staff! They were so great with my daughter, patiently answered all my questions, and helped navigate the confusing insurance process. Dr. Fathi and her team were always responsive to calls and emails, even over the weekend when I had an urgent question. I will 100% be recommending her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate Endodontist.

I went in for a consultation for an infected molar with a previous crown. They were able to take care of the repair right then. The staff was very nice and made feel as comfortable as I could be. Dr. Fathi was very nice and engaged in conversation while we had the consultation. She was very clear about explaining my options to me before the work was done. I am happy with the results! I had to come in for an emergency root canal just days before my wedding, and I honestly can’t express how grateful I am for this office. I was in intense pain and feeling completely overwhelmed, but they were able to get me in quickly and take care of everything.The entire staff was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. They made a really stressful situation so much easier to handle. Doctor Fathi was especially amazing, gentle, professional, and clearly very skilled. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and pain free. I highly recommend them!

We had a truly positive experience with Dr. Fathi and her entire team at Samaritan Endodontics. We were referred by our dentist in Gilroy, and although I was initially concerned about the drive, I was reassured it would be worth it and it absolutely was. Dr. Fathi is incredibly kind, personable, and easy to talk to. I absolutely loved her sense of humor and sharing stories of her family with me. When my 12-year-old daughter needed a root canal, I felt completely confident she was in the best hands. From start to finish, Dr. Fathi was professional, gentle, and treated my daughter with such care and compassion. The front desk staff was also wonderful keeping us informed and making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The office as a whole is professional, friendly, and excellent with communication. We are so grateful for the care we received. If we ever need endodontic services again, we would absolutely return to Dr. Fathi without hesitation. Highly recommend!
